Teriyaki recipe

On the fly teriyaki:

1/4 cup soy sauce (low sodium)
1/4 cup sake
1 TB honey
1 TB brown sugar
1 inch section ginger (sub 1/2 tsp powdered ginger if absolutely necessary)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp sriracha
water as needed to thin

Cook on low heat for about 10-15 minutes, stirring often.
