Cajun Chicken burgers
Seasonings: 1/2- 1 tsp of each
blk pepper-paprika-garlic pwdr-onion pwdr-wt pepper-sea salt
fresh
1 TB fresh thyme
2 tsp oregano
TB (or so) spicy brown mustard
1/4 c green onions
1/4 c sweet peppers
several cloves garlic
some feta (to stuff inside)
Make burgers several hours ahead so all you need to do at the last minute is mushrooms and then cooking burgers while mushrooms finish up.
